Doesn't anyone read the yellow banner alerts anymore? Top menu bar of the program Information > View Alerts
Intuit gave instructions for this in the program and still roughly 3-6 people per day are asking about it in here.
You need to REFRESH Updates using one of these 2 methods.

support is not there anymore might switch to drake, I used it before, they answer the phone, intuit can’t even do a chat anymore.
What do you need support for? This is a known issue, was alerted for in the program and has a fix.
I updated the installed products and just now did the refresh updates. got another error message and still won't efile! Will exit program and try to refresh again!
