This is the second year that I have tried to open the tutorial videos within the program and it does not work. I spend 2 hours with customer support and they could not help me.

What happens when you go to help from home base, and click on training videos
Happy day....not your problem, of course, but the What's New video is from 1/9/19, which deals with what was new for the 2018 software.
