    Third Stimulus Payment

    Specific question.  My client's two kids lived with Dad 2019 & 2020 so he received all 3 of the stimulus checks and also received ACTC. (he didn't opt-out)  The kids moved with mom all 2021.  I aware of how to claimed the full credit for ACTC but since the kids lived with her all 2021 can she claimed the Third stimulus Check for her two dependents?
