Hi,
I've been getting this issue trying to login to 2024 (no issues with other versions) and I've updated my name in my profile and account manager, and it still keeps giving me the error. Anyone else getting it or have a solution/workaround?

I'm having the same issue. It was working fine for me up until 1/21/25. Any idea how to fix this???
Has anyone tried using REPAIR UPDATES? You'll find it in your Windows Programs/Apps menu under the Proseries 2024 program.

Also getting this error and nothing seems to resolve it. I don't have any missing names in my account and have updated and saved again. Still getting the error
I am having the same problem. I even redownloaded the program. Every time I try to log in to either Pro or Basic the same notice comes up. There is nothing missing from my account information.What is the problem?
@IntuitEric - You keep telling people to just try again and repairing updates won't help. Since so many folks have been hit with this issue, can you share exactly what is going on?

@IRonMaN This is an account issue, that needs to be addressed on our end. For immediate assistance, please contact our phone support for help in the moment (800-434-6818). Repair updates only reinstalls the ProSeries program on your local machine. I advise not to do this, so you don't waste your time trying things that won't impact the current issue.

I've tried on 2 workstations repeated today (account manager, profile, name, put in name again, save)
and it has yet to work.
Hi, i've been having the same issues. Only for my 2024 series, for the other ones im able to log in fine. States its missing account information but im not seeing what im missing. Please help

I am getting the same error when I try to login ProSeries Proffesional as well.
I am still experiencing this issue. I already called the number multiple times and set up another user account but did not resolve the issue. Sometimes it works (after multiple log in attempts) but mostly not. It is so frustrating and embarrassing in front of clients.
I am having this issue, too> All user names are correct in our account.
