I recently acquired a tax practice that used Taxwise software. Using the conversion wizard, I attempted to convert the data to ProSeries unsuccessfully.
Technical support was called and we walked through the process again without any progress. They advised that I should attempt it using a "hard wired" internet connection (cable and all). I am completely wireless office with no access to their suggestion.
Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

To me, that suggestion makes absolutely no sense, but they get paid the big bucks so, ....
Do you have a laptop (or stand alone PC) with the program on it? If so, load eveyrthing on that laptop and do the conversion there.
Answers are easy. Questions are hard!
