Software upgrade

Hello, I am just trying to figure out how to upgrade from ProSeries Basic 50 to ProSeries unlimited and it is not clear, and their offices are not open on the weekend apparently.  Has anyone done this?  I am thinking I have to renew first but would like to confirm.  Thanks.

If you have not renewed yet, don't renew. 

Wait until they are open on Monday, and they will hopefully be able to help you.

Thanks, I haven't yet but I do have a full time job and the tax business is nights, weekends and eventually retirement job.  Would have been nice to get this done today.  I'm surprised with tax season starting they don't have better hours.  I'll just have to find a time I can call.
