Hello guys, I have a taxpayer who is self-employed and did not receive an EIP. I have entered the 1099-WKS and attached her schedule C with her expenses, but still no EIP. She made under $4300.

Yes ITIN, which has expired. She will be renewing with this 2021 and amended 2020 tax return.
Just to clarify:
EIP has nothing to do with Employment or business. This is the Economic Impact Payment, or Stimulus, or Recovery Rebate Credit (which is taken on the tax return, if there was no payment earlier) and there are eligibility rules.
ERC is Employee Retention Credit. That relates to Business.
1099 has to do with Retirement accounts.
These three things do not relate to each other.
And EIP is not taxable.
Thank you Lisa, this is what I was asking. I did find ITIN holders are not eligible for EIP.
