Good thing they used numbers instead of letters. Form K-Y would be a a slippery slope to go down.
I have a client that was way ahead of his time. He was an avid skier and for years he would refer to the K2 from his Sub S corp when dealing with his personal return.
They are a nightmare. So grateful to have only had one this year... so far.
Do you think the IRS dreams up things like this simply to torture tax preparers each year?
I have a K3 and click on the See Tax Help on how to make the entries but Tax Help is "NO HELP" nothing on the K3 matches the Lines showing in the program..... GRRRRRRR
