Hello,,
Yesterday I needed an organizer and needed to replenish my account (ProSeries) to print. It popped up a windows with a spiel about an improved experience, and then displayed a list of my credit cards Ive used with Intuit for a significant history of ~12 different cards. ( I have -0- current cards on file in my payment methods). I clicked the provided link and it took me to my payments page, where indeed I have no current cards listed for payment.
Why is Intuit maintaining a history of credit cards I have used, displaying them, even when I have explicitly deleted them from my account. Can anyone tell me how I clear this inappropriate history and presentation?
Thanks
I had a bunch of old ones in there at one point too, sign into My Account with the link here
Then go into Billing, Payment Methods and see if any of them are listed and have 3 dots next to them that you Delete them. Right now I have only 2 listed, The primary one lets me delete, the other doesnt have the dots (I dont know why)....but I think I got rid of all the old ones in there...maybe you have to make it Primary in order to get rid of it?
Hi,
None of the cards are listed in my primary account, I have concerns over security with the PPR app saving all my credits cards without my authorization.
