I'm having same problem.  reinstalled proseries. reinstalled adobe acrobat.  updated windows.  didn't seem to solve the problem.

It has crashed sporadically all season and they all seem to be due to a print command. I just reopen it and move on. So far no loss of data.

Trying to find a solution may be a futile effort on our end.

    Hi Matt,

What is the fix for this issue? I have several systems with this issue.

Hi @rrojas the hotfix mentioned above is automatic, so if you are on the latest version of ProSeries, you may be running into a different issue with similar symptoms.

Please send an email to proseries_engineering@intuit.com with as much information as possible, including

    • when the issue started for you
    • how frequently the issue occurs
    • what version of the product you are running on the different machines
    • what differences there are between the machines that see the issue vs don't, if you know of any
    • what you have tried so far
    • any other patterns you might have noticed

    Thank you,

    Matt
