proseries clients disappearing from database

Just this last week, we have had at least 6 clients who had their return in proseries completed and then one or two days later the client file has vanished from the proseries database. Has anyone experienced this phenomenon?  It happened out of nowhere this week.  The clients were not deleted.  Homebase maintenance has been done.  The directories for saving files are correct and have not changed.  We have the filing copy pdf in the ty2025 folder, so we know it was done and we printed the return but when going to efile them one or two days later, the client has disappeared from the database.

I've heard of this happening in prior years, are you on a network?  I dont know the how or why, I just know Ive seen this complaint with people on a network in the past.

We do use the rightworks cloud option.  This is our 3rd year on it and this is the first time it has happened. I have to believe it has happened to other people but couldn't find anything in the community about it.  It is just so strange to have the file disappear for no reason.

I've had in the last two weeks Home Base mismatch in which 3 clients need to be deleted and 3 [different] clients need to be added. Every day I delete and add and every day these 6 same issues come back. The proper files are there so I've ignored this issue.

Please make sure you are using the most updated version of ProSeries.

It may or may not assist in this situation. You can reconnect with ProSeries Support and give them a file as they will better assist you with your specific situation.

I was getting a mismatch message for awhile earlier this month, but nothing seemed wrong, everyone was where they were supposed to be, is there a box to Not Show This Again?   I think I hit that checkbox, it hasnt hassled me anymore.
