Printing Problem

PLEASE HELP - CALLED SUPPORT AND THEY COULD NOT SOLVE PROBLEM

This is the pop-up screen when I go to print in tax year 2022. All programs (1040. 1120 1120s) all do the same thing.

java.lang.illegalstateexception:Expected Fonts Directory to contain 'OCR-A__pfb' file; but it does not. Check that fonts directory specified correctly.

Supports response was to uninstall program and reinstall. This did not help my situation

that top hit in the search list that was given above, sure sounds like your issue, Im surprised that support didnt direct you to the article.

Its their own article!  How can that not be available to support, that's just crazy.
