Printing from ProSeries Basic 50

I have entered some estimates for a client and am trying to print page 1/2 of the 1040.  It takes me to a Pay Per Return and wants me to Authorize a $49 charge.  Is there something wrong or is it just too early?

Try clicking "tools" > "license product".

That did not work.  I did verify under tools that I have ProSeries Basic 50

If that didn't work, then I think you are going to have to call support.

Are you sure youre using Basic and didnt download Professional by mistake? It happens more often than youd think.  If your toolbar looks like this, youre using Professional and youd be required to Pay Per Return (printed or Efiled).  Basic looks completely different.

THANK YOU!  We just figured it out with your help.  I am licensed for Basic and somehow they had me download Professional.
