Does any one encounter the same problem as me? It came out blank when I trying to print out 1040 on ProSeries 17. The print preview didn't work as well. I have tried a few ways to fix this situation such as, reinstall, reboot, and click licensing product ... etc. Almost all the methods that i could find from internet. Yet, still not working! Can someone please help me on this issue? Mine is 2017 stand-alone version.
