Is there a way to query or add a column to the Homebase that shows the IP PIN (or the fact that one is needed) so we can make sure we are looking for this info BEFORE the return is rejected?

Not at the moment. What I do is in the Client Status Permanent Section (not Current Year) I note IPIN Required and then Taxpayer, Spouse or Both so when I open the file I can see that and any other permanent notes.
