Not working. It says it can not Connect at this time. Not a good time for this to be happening.
still not working, tried to test it on my own & a friend's return for the first time in ProSeries and I keep getting Error messages !!

Can you give us more information about the error message with a screenshot or copy/paste of the error message text?
Have you been able to get through the error?
I called Intuit support yesterday, and he seems to think the pdf is too large. Unfortunately there are returns that I don't have the option to trim down.... I have attached the error
I apologize for the belated response, I moved this convo out from a thread from last year.
Continue to check your internet connection, sometimes a reset goes a long way.
Qs: what's the attachment size?
Are you on the accountant site?
How often are you seeing this error? Is a certain link prompting this error? Thanks!
