My screen showing efile clients when completely blank except for the numbers I
was on the phone with Intuit for over 2 hours and they could not resolve the issue.
Has anyone else experienced a problem list this?

I assume that you resorted to step 1 in computer issues and rebooted your computer?
YES. ANY OTHER IDEAS
Have you tried reinstalling the software?
Yes. Go get drunk on fireball. Things will look alot better then.

Do you have another computer available to try downloading the software on?
I had something similar happen to me while suffering headaches. I went to thehead doctor and he said my brain was completely blank.
@seatackle Can you share logs? You will find the option under Help->Send Logs
