HOW TO ACTIVATE THE AUTHORIZATION TO PAY FORM IT-204-LL ON FORM 1065

Do you mean for e file or getting the form to calculate the amount due?

Filled out the IT-204-LL which has a balance due of 25.00.  Trying to get the Form TR-579-PT

(E-File Signature Authorization) to activate and fill in all the info for client signature.

Did you check the box on the fed worksheet to e file 204LL?

Yes I did.  The form is not on the used forms.  I opened the form and started overriding

to fill in company name..

then bank acct detail and payment amount as it should fill all in automatically?
