I am trying to open up an existing tax return but it says I cant due to another user having it open. I am the only user. Before this issue, I had the return open and the computer shut down. When I restarted everything, I began to have this issue. What do I need to do?

When the computer shut down unexpectedly it would have caused ProSeries to not delete the temporary lock file. This article will show you how to manually delete that:
