Log on to FTB.ca.gov--register for an account if you haven't already
You'll need to fill out the 3520 information online as well as upload a copy of the signed 3520. In a few days, you'll be given limited access to your clients' account. Your client will get a letter in the mail with an access code that will give you full access to all notices & info.
Its been a few years, but I dont remember its being a complicated form...where are you getting stuck?
