Does Proseries have step by step instructions for completing a California 3520 Power of Attorney?

Log on to FTB.ca.gov--register for an account if you haven't already

You'll need to fill out the 3520 information online as well as upload a copy of the signed 3520. In a few days, you'll be given limited access to your clients' account. Your client will get a letter in the mail with an access code that will give you full access to all notices & info.
