File not found or bad path when I try to back up a client

Where are you trying to back up to? Sounds like youve chosen a folder or drive that doesnt exist.
I'm having the same problem. Finished and efiled the tax 3 days ago. EF center shows return accepted but can't open it in home base and can't copy a back up.
I don't know if this helps but I have a flash drive that says file not found/bad path when it's too full. Sometimes it does this even when it doesn't look full but if I clear a few things out it works.
Almost 3 years later, but wanted to thank you for your post. I tried for over an hour to figure out my problem before finding your message. My problem was a bad flash drive. Tried a different one and problem solved. THANK YOU!!!!!
