I had to reinstall my Basic ProSeries software for 2020.
After an accurate login with User ID and Password I get this message:
File I/O Error 113, For more help, please go to www.proseries.com/support
After hitting OK it goes back to desktop

rebooted the computer since this occurred? Its not installed on a virtual or removable drive, right?
Yes, I have restarted the laptop.
It is installed in a stand alone configuration in a folder on the c: drive
If I google it, I get lots of hits for that error with Turbotax installations....maybe the info in one of those will help?
