Fast Path not working

Trying to file 2018 return but says I need to renew my Fast Path. I tried Tools> License Products but didn't work. How can I fix this? I have ProSeries 2019 installed.

I think it has more to do with 2018 not being able to be e-filed right now rather than your fast zippy path.  Nobody can efile 2018 for time being.

Is there a reason why we can't file 2018? Do you know how long before we can?

Reason is extenders passed in December retroactive to 2018.  So IRS is re-tooling 2018.  Maybe by 2/28 it may be reopened.
