Just to let everyone know about another problem - Intuit did not send out the updated FAM (Fixed Asset Manager) program embedded in QuickBooks 2020 until April 1, 2020. I called them the first week of February 2020 - and then at least 6 more times. What good did it do to receive the program in April? I had to manually enter thousands of fixed assets in the tax program that I used to just be able to export out of QuickBooks into the tax program. I would estimate I have lost over 150 hours of productivity this year. I have finally determined that after 25 years of trying to use these programs that Intuit CARES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about CPAs, EAs, accountants, and tax professionals. They only give attention to the needs of TurboTax users. Intuit is OUR COMPETITOR - NOT OUR SOFTWARE PROVIDER. I am going to shout this from the top of the mountains. I hope they lose every professional customer they have.

Oh, and you put it here:
It helps not to make Multiples, since you are relying on Peer users, at this Community forum, and it is a bit rude to expect them to read all the postings that are the same issue from the same person with the same info in it, at all the locations. They are Volunteers when they are here, and no one is paying them to follow you around the forum. They like to be helpful, but it helps you not to make it harder for them to be helpful.
Thanks.
Oh, look; I found more of yours:

You might want to monitor this, as well. Thanks.
The most important feature of a software program is reliability.
