How do I submit FORM 8990 with my e filed return?

It's generated by information input elsewhere in program.

You can, in Lacerte, go to where you *expect* the info to show, right-click & 'jump to' to find where to enter the info.

Edit - Oops.... I swear I saw "Lacerte" when I posted.

The 8990 is in the business programs in ProSeries Pro. Click on "where do I enter" and put in 8990
