I can no longer use the e-signature even though I have several left in my bundle. I select to request e-signatue either through the EF Center or directly in the return, I get through the prompts and then I receive the message "An Unknown Error Occurred".

I am having the exact same issue today while trying to send a 2022 return for e-signature - I just get "An unknown error occurred." I made sure I had all the updates for the software and still can't send for signature. Please provide assistance!
I just contacted tech support, as this was happening to me on a 1041 return. They had me uncheck the freeze amounts box on the extension, and then uncheck the efile extension box on the information worksheet, and then then esignature request went through without error. I hope that helps solve someone else's problem.
