Haven’t heard of this error before? Assuming you’ve tried updates, diagnostics verify internet etc. Has it been working until recently? Is this first year w PS or has it worked previously?
if all else fails (including tech support and local IT) … backup client files to a new directory, uninstall PS, reboot, and reinstall program. PITA and last resort
If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
