So are we expected to file returns with software that crashes all day long?
I want a solution that works or a refund.
This is totally unacceptable. I have been a ProSeries user since 1996. I am so frustrated.
I have done everything they have offered up to correct the problem with no solution.

so it continues to crash in ProSeries Safe Mode?

They literally have no idea whats going on. I am having files disappear from HB and I cannot retrieve them.
Things seems to be getting progressively worse with Intuit.

I thought today was better and it was...until an hour ago and it crashed. And now here I am crashed again. Do you think anyone actually reads the feedback when it crashes? I am sending them some great feedback!
