A client's tax return was efiled in ProSeries 2021 on 3/21/22 with payment to come out of their bank account on April 15, 2022 through ProSeries. The client just received a letter from IRS about issue with withdrawal. Did anyone else have this problem? How can we make sure not to have this issue it the future?

IRS didn't say. The client is going to send us a copy of the letter. But it is the same bank account we used last year.
They may want to take that IRS letter to their bank and see if the bank can tell what happened on their end.
