I cannot open prior versions of ProSeries, specifically 2018 and 2019. When I double click the program on Windows 11, it basically does not open the username and password boxes to sign in. All I see is the login window with "Intuit ProConnect" at the top, but no boxes to enter the user name and password.
I just chaned my password and all tax years will open except 2019

The tax year 2019 will not open.
How to resolve this problem.
Do normal troubleshooting steps (repair updates, reboot, etc.) Then try opening from windows start menu, if it doesn't open after troubleshooting.

Restart the computer. Go to the Start Menu of Windows, find the ProSeries folder, and select Update. and/or Refresh Updates. Then try to open the program AFTER doing the updates.
