Cannot efile California extension with estimates in data file...STUPID PROGRAM ERROR... fed works fine

Trying to efile a California trust extension... form 3563.  I get an error message to run final review, fix errors and try again.  The only "errors" are estimates in the data file that I have so indicated using the F8 key.

Filing a Federal form 7004, trust extension efile just fine with estimates.

Youre sure youve marked the box at the top to Freeze amounts flowing to the form?

If you disable the Error checking (uncheck the box) on Conversion box, will it Efile?
