    My global price options did not transfer with the program (I am sure it is the operators fault! :(()  Is there anyway I can transfer now?   I have done a few returns and do not want to lose them if I have to reinstall the program. Thank You In Advance

    For me most years transfer ok, but some years I have to reenter my info
