I'm trying to launch the application from the admin computer so that I can follow the linked article but the application closes after I use the login prompt.
I've run the Tools - Repair Updates program from the pro series 2022 folder in the start menu but this hasn't resolved my issue.
I have also made sure my Windows installation has all the latest updates.

No, I was eventually able to locate the proseries tax support phone number and called them to help resolve the issue.
