I got caught **bleep** it.
I live in a farming community, a majority of my clients being farmers. So last week of February is busy, no excuse for what I missed! I was double-checking the big stuff and ProSeries slipped in a Married Credit on a Wisconsin return. The wife works in WI but they live in Iowa. Credit is only for WI residents. I have never had Proseries do that before, but it is my fault for not catching it.
Just a warning - - WATCH the SMALL STUFF!! Client is very understanding, no problem. Still embarrassing!

Thats all right, you are still OK. Nobody likes Wisconsin anyway. From the Badgers to the Packers to the Brewers, they all are arrogant.
Another thing you have to watch is the bottom of page 2, Wisconsin give a property tax credit even if you clearly indicate that you are a non-resident. I think that may be programs fault but it is something I saw also.
As a packer fan, and a cheese head 🧀😩
