access rights have been enabled but you have not been assigned to a role. This wil severely limit whay you can do in Proseries.
Have /Admin login and adjust your role.

If you are the Master Admin of Manage users try going to Tools > Access Rights > Enable/disable Access Right and disabling them. Close ProSeries and re-open ProSeries. Enable Access Right again.
