    2019 program won't load

    I get an error message upon trying to login that states failed CRC check

    A reinstall would definitely be my first step here

    I found this on google, it mentions doing a crc check (I have no clue what that is)...do you have quickbooks installed also?

    error message says: CRC of C:\ProWin19\32Bit\Prolist19.INI contents does not match the C:\ProWin19\32Bit\ProPrdList19.BIN

    Yes, first time this error has showed up. Program running fine since installed until today. Thanks for your efforts!

    This Re-install did work. A little concerning on why it happened in the first place and whether it might happen again, any thoughts?
