Answered: 2017 Proseries Pro tax sofware

I have the 2017 Proseries Pro tax software and it is charging me for every new client that I want to print copies from the software. Does anybody know why that is happening because I did not use to pay before?

Click "tools" > "license product" to see if that takes care of the issue. If that doesn't help, you may need to call support.
