2022 pro series printing too many copies of the client letter

in print options have print client only: client letter and privacy letter. when I print it prints 3 copies of the client letter

If you Print Preview do you see 3 copies as well?  what about Print to PDF?

Same here.  I have no idea what the fix is.

Im getting a double copy of the first page, but only singles of the additional pages.

If I use Print Preview, I only get a single copy of all pages of the letter.

Print to PDF I only get a single copy.

Why do they have to futz around with the printing each year!

I have reported the issue of the duplicate first page of the Client Letter and the team will be looking into this.

What about the other printing problems?? A lot of wasted paper.

@taxman42  Can you post a screenshot of the selections you are making in the print center when printing a return? Also, do you happen to customize your client letter?

You didnt ever answer the question above, does Print Preview or Print to PDF give the same results?  or only printing to a printer?

When I print to PDF it only shows 1  Client letter.  When I send it to the printer within proseries. it prints 2 client letters.

I downloaded 2022 ProSeries today to get it set up for this year and ready for next week.  Did I DL too early?

It only shows one copy. It also prints client invoice ont the back of the privacy letter.

No i do not customize the client letter. I'll try to tax a screen shot.
