Hi. Hoping someone can answer this technical question. I've prepared the 1120S and have to file a Virginia. At the bottom of the 502 it says to attach a copy of the federal. Is ProSeries automatically attaching this or is this something I have to manually accomplish. I want to make sure I understand how this is working. With a personal Virginia return, it's done automatically for me. Thanks.

I go with the assumption of yes if the federal is required to be sent with the state then ProSeries does that. I suggest viewing the Filing Copy of the state with the box checked Federal forms for State. Indiana requires federal forms. I've never had to attach anything before efling.
