I am setting up a new laptop for the start of the new tax year.
I get an error "Parameter name: CustomerAccountNumber" when I select tools->Options from homebase.
Not sure what this error is the only option is to click "OK".
Any idea why I am getting this?

I spoke with support last night and they had no idea why this was occurring.
We tried many things and could not resolve the issue.
Was told it should just resolve it self.
When coming back to pro-series the next day performed a rebot and the issue did in fact resolve itself.
Just very strange.
try Tools > License Software and see if the licensing info will pull over again, if that doesnt help, Im afraid a call to support may be in your future.
That was the first thing that I tried to do.
try running the Connected Customer app in the PS menu, I know its got something to do with your Customer Number and Zip Code
Yes I did that too. Same issue. the strange thing is I have two laptops that I am refreshing. One one of them 2024 is where I am getting the error on the other one the error is in 2025.

@Kathi_at_Intuit do you have any words of wisdom, or is support the next step?
Unfortunately, I do not. I checked and see one instance of this. It was thought that there might be a space in the account number, but that did not seem to be it. It was suggested to do a clean install but does not say whether this fixed it. Would recommend contacting ProSeries Support next.
