OR CAT Tax E-file?

Does the OR CAT tax return get transmitted electronically with the OR 20-S?  Or do I need to have the client mail it in??

I'm not familiar with OR, but when it doubt, play it safe and mail it in.

Page 3 says it CAN be Efiled, the instructions they give to see which software allows it, are terrible and I gave up searching
