On a 1065 return the smart worksheet from the 8825 worksheet is not totaling line 11 correctly; taxes and license number does not sum to line 11

I am not able to reproduce the behavior you are describing.  .  Try deleting the amount on line 11, then click onto another field to allow the amount to repopulate.

One of these days PS will figure out how to have a link to REPORT PROGRAM BUGS.
