Hoping someone can help with this but it's more of a technology in general question that ProSeries is hung up on. I have a Dell 32 inch monitor that typically I have in two split screen mode. When I open ProSeries it automatically opens on the right side and there is a "pop up" question box that opens immediately a little further to the right than the screen. I can barely see the left side of it. Problem is, until you answer whatever the #$%^ question is, ProSeries is frozen. I can't move the entire screen. I can make Proseries the only screen. It is frozen until pop up is dealt with. So, I can't do anything in ProSeries because of it. Nothing else is frozen. Just ProSeries.
Any suggestions? Thank you.

I did everything except that!
What finally worked was I tried connecting my computer to a different monitor. I didn't get anything working as far as the display there but when I plugged the Dell monitor back it, the pop up window was now in the middle of the ProSeries screen. I removed it and viola..... I can use ProSeries again. Some setting must have changed in that exercise.
If you can click the top of the pop up window, and right click, and choose "Maximize" I think that's one way I was able to get the pop up to display in the middle of my screen.
Thank you. Didn't work. I can only see a small sliver. But I right clicked all over it. Nothing. The ONLY thing that does anything is if I click on the bottom sentence it opens a ProSeries website about time tracking. 😞
Hey ProSeries, turn off this #$%^ pop up window. PLEASE!
It is probably a survey or something stupid like that.
I suspect if you temporarily change your Display Settings on your computer (different resolution, etc.), it will show more of the hidden box so that you can deal with it. Then change your Display Settings/Resolution back to the way you want it.
After dealing with the popup box, hopefully that popup box won't come back anytime soon.
