Anyone else seeing that the above authorization isn't pulling the fee and bank info.

I've had several issues where the form was generated with no payment set up. The form gets filed and I've put in all the info to make the payment, and then for some reason it doesn't get sent. I thought this was just for DEs, but a client just told me their multi member LLC payment for $500 didn't get taken. This is a massive issue as now all these payments are considered late and incur penalties! Anyone found a fix for this?

Hi @ejdtaxman, great to see you in the Community and thanks for posting about the form being generated with no payment set up! We'd reach out to ProSeries Support. They would be able to remote in and take a look with you.

Hello, thanks for your reply. I actually called support and after some digging, the rep was able to find that there was a patch applied that fixed this issue. I filed IT204LL for a DE today and the payment appeared like it should. However, I still have the issue of the clients whose payments didn't go out and now may be assessed late payment penalties. It would be good if I had some documentation of the issue, and the patch that fixed it, so I can respond to any bills that have this penalty attached to demonstrate reasonable cause for the late payment. Is that possible?

You are welcome and thanks for the the update. The best course of action would be to reach back out to support to see if it would be possible to provide documention of this.
