    Not sure what the "complete package"  includes.

    I have ProSeries Professional with unlimited individual federal and state returns, but organizers cost me $9 each this year (I think it was only $7 last year).

    They really should change the name then.  Maybe the "Almost Complete" package would be more fitting.

    This is the complete package. They should sell a new one that's called "more complete".
