NC state return forms delay

Is March 4th the final? It keeps delaying forms, first 24th, then 26th of February, now it's March 4th. I feel silly emailing my customers how the dates kept changing, meanwhile it's piling up and the deadline is March 15th, just in case they are not aware of the deadline!
