NC Individual return with K1

Is there a known error in the NC K1 for S-corporation shareholders?  I have several 1120S returns where the K1s flowing to the NC individual return insists that I indicate the foreign country of the shareholder.  They are, and always have been US citizens.  Thank you

I have a similar scenario, but it is the S corporation it is forcing me to select a foreign country on, not the shareholder.  Anyone have a fix?
