Close PS and go to your Windows programs/Apps menu, find ProWin 2025 and under it you'll see REPAIR UPDATES, run that and see if it fixes that missing file.

Repairing updates and programs doesn’t work. I had to uninstall Pro Basic 25, reinstall it, run the repair tool, and that worked. It worked once before a few days earlier, but the next time I opened the program, the error returned. This is inexcusable. If I have to go through this every time I launch the program, I’ll never use properties again. I can’t be the only one experiencing this. But thank you for your efforts. Is there a way to escalate this?

You may be able to escalate by calling tech support but I haven’t seen any other complaints like this recently. The interface with some printers can be flukey and problematic. I haven’t used the PS print to printer in (at least 10) years.

Try printing to file/pdf (Adobe) and then printing the pdfs. It’s consistent and faster.

edit: a ‘missing’ file is often something on your computer and causes it not to play nicely with PS. You may check with an IT tech.

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

Print to pdf is also interrupted by the error. Print as graphic and the other option also doesn’t work. I’ll open it up again later today and see if it works or not. Thanks again for your help.
