Is anyone else having issues with enabling access features? Currently, I am unable to choose user roles for log in's that I have set up. I've spent hours on the phone with ProSeries which has offered no solution and I am going on day two with a program that doesn't work properly. I am also unable to add a new user to my account I get an error message that states "unfortunately our system is currently experiencing some issues. It almost seems that since they transitioned the online account to a new platform it's effected ability to assign user roles or add new users.

Yes, I received the same message and have been unable to give an employee his own access as of yet.
The message also states that it takes 48 hours to update, so we are still trying.
I was on the phone with Proseries for over three hours yesterday. Today it's been almost 2 hours and they have no solution. I started out with customer service, to now IT and am told a supervisor will contact me tomorrow. Not ideal in January to have software that isn't funtioning properly..
I was able to solve this issue on my own as ProSeries was not helpful. I realized that my 2019 version had the user roles set up to assign, but 2020,2021 & 2022 did not. I went off of my user roles from 2019 to set them up for the following years then was able to assign them. The issue was they somehow disappeared. Hope this helps! I suggest going back as far as necessary till you find the version that still has the user roles assigned and I was able to use them to guide me to set up the other years. I am wondering if their transition to the new platform caused an issue or just the 2022 version being downloaded.
